This is a busy, fearful and unprecedented time of the year for all of us. We are in your corner, even still.

Although our firm is located in Dallas County, we are excepted from the shelter-in-place order, because we are here to handle your needs in complying with IRS requirements. The IRS has not slowed down its collection activities (liens and levies).

We’ve installed HEPA microbal air filter/ cleaners in the reception and conference areas, have visitors sit at least 6 feet away, sanitize any chair, doorknob, etc after each client, including UV sanitation of documents (except for documents exchanged in our firm’s online portal of course). We are also taking on new clients, and helping people remotely. Anyone feeling under the weather or just uncomfortable getting out can meet with us by phone or online meeting apps. 

You may have heard on March 17, 2020, the federal government has extended the time to pay our 2019 federal tax liabilities until July 15, 2020 for anyone owing under one million dollars. On March 20, 2020, the Secretary of the Treasury announced they will extend the time to file to July 15, 2020.
